The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center offering comprehensive primary care services to all, regardless of their ability to pay, their language, or their immigration history.
They offer comprehensive primary care as well as social services under one roof. They treat patients of all ages. They emphasize wellness and preventative care in all their core services: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Dental care, and Mental Health.
Mental health services are for primary care patients. They include depression screenings, diagnostic and treatment assessments, various counseling services, and referrals and care coordination. They accept most major insurance and have a sliding fee discount based on your household income and family size.
